Reconstruction of a building in the very heart of the center of Sofia with high level of significance, both in historical context of the central urban fabric and architectural construction and situational presence in space. <br> The project is for full reconstruction, preserving only the facade by a unique reinforcing structure. <br> The part of the property which is not built its build with modern glass structure on a principle of contrast. <br> The roof expression is in harmony with surrounding buildings and is logical sequel and outcome in the corner property. <br> Structure of the building is multilayer with public function and floor organization. <br> Used materials are chosen on a principle of contrast with color and texture aspect, as between new and old and the very architectural detail. |
